What are your store hours?

We are a family owned, experienced and reputable jeweler that has been in business for over 30 years.
Are all online items available for viewing in your store?
How frequently do you get new pieces?
We are constantly updating our inventory with the latest designs in all areas of fine jewelry. Check our site frequently as we add new inventory weekly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, personal and cashier checks, bank wires, and money orders.
Is sales tax added to online purchases?
Sales tax is only applied to purchases shipped within the state of Georgia.
Do you accept orders over the phone?
Yes. If you prefer to place your order over the phone we will be happy to assist you. Please call (770) 736-8883 during store hours to place your phone order.
How is my personal and financial information protected?
We take great care in making sure that all of your transactions are secure. All online transactions are secured using 256 bit Secure Socket Layering (SSL) Certificate from Verisign, The business leader in encryption technology.
How will my order be shipped?
All items are shipped via either Fedex or UPS.
How long does it typically take to process my order?
We ship in-stock items the next business day. Time for custom and special orders varies, and we will notify you of this beforehand.
Where can you ship my orders?
We ship to anywhere within the United States. Sorry, we cannot ship outside the United States. You may also pick-up any order in-store that was placed online.
What is your return policy?
Barron’s Fine Jewelry allows jewelry purchased online to be returned up to 21 days after the original date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the merchandise in its original packaging for a full refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. All sales are final on any custom made or special order items.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Barron’s Fine Jewelry), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned. All items for return must be in new condition and must be accompanied by its original paperwork and packaging to be eligible for refund.
Do you provide certificates for your diamonds?
Yes. Certified diamonds will be accompanied by a certificate from the associated grading institute.
Can you create a mounting for my own diamond?
Yes. You can choose from one of our settings, or we can custom make a setting to the exact design you specify then have your diamond set into it.
Are your diamonds conflict free?
All of our diamonds are conflict free, based upon our personal knowledge and the information provided to us by our suppliers. We will always strive to uphold the legitimacy of the diamond trade and disclose the source of all our gemstones.
Do you sell clarity enhanced or fracture filled diamonds?
No. All of our diamonds are natural, and have not been altered in any way.
Are rings available in any finger size?
Depending on the style and make of the ring, we can usually size the ring to fit. Most rings come in a stock size of six for women, and 10 for men. When purchasing a ring, please inquire about sizing options if you do not see your size listed.
Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes. At Barron’s Fine Jewelry, we have state-of-the-art design equipment to make your personal design exactly the way you envision it. Please call or contact us for more information about the process.
Is it possible to pay using two or more credit cards?
Yes, please contact us during normal store hours for us to help you process the transaction.
Do you provide insurance with your jewelry?
No, however we can provide you with an appraisal that can be used to obtain insurance. We recommend having your jewelry insured so that in the unfortunate event something should happen you will be covered.
